Mihna (مهنة) is built consent-first. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@mihna.ae.
What we collect
- Profile & résumé — the details and documents you upload so we can match you to roles and ground your interview practice.
- Activity — the roles you view, save, and apply to, so we can improve your matches.
- Interview data — for AI interview practice, audio/video and transcripts are processed to generate your feedback. Recordings are only stored if you explicitly opt in on the consent screen before a session.
How we use it
- To rank open roles against your skills and draft applications you review before sending.
- To run and score your interview practice, and show you what to improve.
- To show verified profiles to employers only for roles you choose to apply to.
Your control & consent
- We never sell your data. Not to employers, not to third parties.
- Employers see your profile only after you apply — never on sign-up.
- Interview recordings require explicit, per-session opt-in, and you can decline and still interview.
- You can export or delete your account and data at any time — email hello@mihna.ae and we action it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and third-party AI providers process interview and matching data under agreements that prohibit training on your content without consent.
