How does the AI matching actually work?
Your resume is parsed into skills, projects, and experience. Every open role is scored against that profile, and each match comes with plain-language reasons — so you can judge the fit yourself, not just trust a number.
What does Mihna do with my data?
Your resume and interview data are used to match and coach you — never sold. Interview recordings need your explicit consent before they start, and you can delete your data whenever you want.
I’m not a UAE national — is this still for me?
Absolutely. Visa-status filters exist so everyone only sees roles they can actually take. Emiratisation flags help nationals get found for those targets — transparently, without hiding anything from anyone else.
How is the AI interview different from a list of practice questions?
